Meet Nicole

COUNSELLOR & REGISTERED NURSE

I am a proud Gomeroi woman, raised on Awabakal country, with over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. My career has spanned diverse roles in aged care, palliative care, nurse management, and emergency nursing, all of which have deepened my commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with people during some of their most difficult moments, providing care, empathy, and guidance. These experiences have shaped my belief in the importance of a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore and address the pain and discomfort holding them back from their fullest potential.

As a counsellor, my approach is based in respect for your autonomy and empowering you to take control of your healing journey. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, or life transitions, I am here to support you with compassion and understanding.

In addition to my Diploma of Counselling, I hold a nursing degree from Newcastle University, am a registered practitioner with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), and am a qualified Trainer and Assessor. I’ve also authored two textbooks published by McGraw Hill, further reflecting my dedication to education and professional excellence.

Confidentiality and a non-judgemental approach are the core values of my work.

I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward greater well-being and resilience.
